How can I use a voucher or code?

After you have added your items to your cart, please proceed to checkout. You will then have the option to add your discount code or promo code to your order. Please bear in mind, only one discount code can be redeemed per order.

What is the status of my order?

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping notification via email.

If you're having trouble tracking your order, don't hesitate to get in touch via the online contact us form or via email at hello@conchoutdoors.com.au.

What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?

For faulty items please email us at hello@conchoutdoors.com.au so that our returns team can arrange for the damaged/faulty goods to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible.

The item must be in new and unused condition. We will assess the fault upon return and reserve the right to repair or replace. If the item is no longer in stock, an alternative style of equal value may be requested or a full refund will be issued.

Returns

We do give you 14 days from when you receive your Conch Outdoors products to return them if you’ve changed your mind. Products must be unused with fully intact packaging. We may request photos of the repackaged products prior to approving a return. Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we will assess the product and then issue a refund. We do charge a re-stocking fee for change of mind returns - this is usually 10% of purchase cost.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a trackable service when sending your order back to us as we're not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Exchanges

We are unable to offer exchanges, however please feel free to return your product/s so we can refund them, and you can then repurchase what you would like on our site.
